Our Goal
Vodafone REACH is a commitment to their people, aiming for an 20% in representation of ethnically diverse UK senior talent, including 4% Black talent.

The campaign is not a quick solution,
but the power of commitment.

Our Solution
So we needed to hear from the people living the everyday.

The people who are worried about walking into meeting rooms without seeing someone who looks like them. The people who have seen Vodafone change for the better and are excited by what’s to come. We want to listen to the experiences of those who are ethnically diverse at Vodafone.

The Creative
We anonymously interviewed the employees from diverse backgrounds. Their honest perspectives shaped our script, reflecting their experiences as ethnically diverse within the company, and their views on Vodafone's commitment to diversity through its REACH program.

Instead of showing images of people, we'll focus on their voices, allowing viewers to connect with each individual's story and resonate with their shared experiences. At the end of the video, we'll highlight the diverse backgrounds of the senior leaders and networks who participated…
