Our Goal
In the coming years, EY need to more than double the headcount in Northern Ireland, taking the business from 900 to 1900 hires, with roles being created across cyber security, data analytics, risk, cloud computing, tax, audit and consulting. EY want to hire the best of the best, across all levels – school leavers, student hires and experienced candidates.
Our Solution
Even though EY have been in Northern Ireland all this time, there’s a lot of misconceptions about who they are and what they do.
We want to build a platform to celebrate EY's presence and their shared pride for Northern Ireland. The world needs to know why they're here and what they’re doing.
Our Creative
So, let it be known.
Through radio, social media and OOH, we showed that EY is investing with pride in the growth and success of professional services in Northern Ireland.
